Huy Pham - Founder & CEO
Huy Pham, Founder and CEO of Phamtastic Concessions LLC, brings over two decades of experience transforming airport dining and retail across the country. A visionary in the airport concessions industry, he has been instrumental in creating and operating innovative, high-performing concepts that elevate the traveler experience and showcase the authentic flavors of each city served.
Under his leadership, Phamtastic Concessions and its joint ventures now operate over 40 locations nationwide, including 17 at Denver International Airport (DEN), 12 at Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport (MSP), and 13 at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW)—collectively generating over $140 million in annual revenue.
Mr. Pham has cultivated strong partnerships with both local and national celebrated brands, including Mercantile Dining & Provision, Bar Dough, Smashburger, Modern Market, WH Smith, Panda Express, and Chili’s. His ability to unite world-class operators, local restaurateurs, and global brands has redefined what airport dining can be—authentic, efficient, and memorable.
Throughout his career, Mr. Pham has been credited with generating over $1 billion in total airport revenue and has received industry recognition for innovation and excellence, including awards such as “Best New Concept” for Modern Market and honors associated with James Beard Foundation-recognized chefs and partners.

Andres Mora - Director of Business Development
Andres Mora, Director of Business Development at Phamtastic Concessions LLC, brings over 17 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, where he has built a reputation for operational excellence, strategic growth, and strong team leadership. As Director of Business Development for Innovative Retail Group LLC (IRG) and Phamtastic Concessions LLC, he oversees daily operations—alongside the companies’ joint venture partners—and drives expansion across a portfolio of more than 40 airport locations nationwide, collectively generating over $140 million in annual revenue.
Andres plays a key role in navigating complex RFP processes, securing new airport contracts, and cultivating strategic partnerships with both local and national brands. He also manages and develops relationships with airport leadership and concessions management teams, ensuring alignment between operator performance, brand standards, and airport objectives.
Prior to entering the airport sector, Andres led operations for several of Denver’s most notable food and beverage groups, where he implemented scalable systems, introduced new revenue streams, and elevated guest experiences—laying the foundation for his data-driven approach to concept growth and execution.
Through his focus on quality, collaboration, and innovation, Andres continues to advance the shared mission of Innovative Retail Group and Phamtastic Concessions: redefining airport dining through authenticity, excellence, and partnership.
